Just¹ one block from the Mississippi River in Downtown Memphis' famous Cotton Row, the Cotton Exchange Building has been one of the city's most recognized and well-respected addresses since the 1920s. Meticulously restored in 1984, the buildings's exterior and lobby are a handsome blend of art deco and classic revival architecture, with such features as solid brass and etched-glass doors, arched windows, native Tennessee marble, ornamental plaster moldings, an oversized brass mail drop, and other touches that are reminiscent of the days when Cotton was King and Memphis was its Mecca.

And while the restoration brought the Cotton Exchange Building back to its original status as one of the finest commercial buildings in Memphis, the old "classing room" cotton offices have been replaced with beautiful new interiors that meet all the needs of today's fast-paced business world.
